RealtOS takes the protection of personal data seriously, both your agency's and the people whose records you keep in the CRM.

Controller and processor

When you use the CRM, your agency is the data controller and RealtOS acts as processor on your behalf. A data processing agreement is available to customers.

What we collect

Account details (name, work email, agency) and the business data you enter (contacts, properties, mandates and so on). The marketing site collects only what you submit through the demo request form.

Where data lives

Customer data is hosted within the European Union.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. To exercise them, email contact@realtoscrm.com. Your data is never resold.

Retention

Data is kept for the life of the contract, then deleted or anonymised in line with applicable law. This is a template to complete and review.
