Every agent opens to a list, not a blank screen.
Today is the daily command center of RealtOS. It reads the live state of your pipeline and hands each agent a short, ranked list of what moves a deal today, before anyone types a thing.
- Ranked per agent
- No data entry first
- Thresholds you control
Good morning, Camille.
Here's what needs your attention today. You have 8 items that need a look.
The real reason agents stop using the CRM
Ask any principal why their CRM is half-empty and you get the same answer: the agents don’t keep it up to date. That is not laziness. It is the tool asking for work instead of doing any.
A normal CRM is a filing cabinet with a login. It sits there, blank, and waits for someone to type in what happened. The agent has just come back from three showings, has eleven unread messages, and a seller who wants to know why their home hasn’t sold. Updating a database is the last thing on the list, so it doesn’t happen. A week later the data is stale, the manager stops trusting it, and everyone goes back to their own notebook and memory.
The cost isn’t the empty fields. It’s the deals that quietly fall through the cracks: the buyer who was ready but never got called back, the listing agreement that expired on a Saturday, the seller who never heard how the showing went and switched agents.
The problem
The CRM is a passive record. It only knows what someone remembered to type in, so the most important work, the follow-up nobody did, is exactly what it can’t see.
With RealtOS
Today reads the state of every lead, listing, showing and deal and tells the agent what needs doing, before they’ve typed anything. The work surfaces itself.
A list, not a blank screen
Today is the first thing every agent sees when they open RealtOS. Instead of an empty dashboard, there is a short, ranked list of what actually needs them this morning, worked out from the live state of their pipeline.
It opens with a plain-language greeting and five numbers that frame the day: follow-ups due, showings today, overdue tasks, hot matches, and showings still waiting on feedback. Below that sits the priorities list, then the follow-ups, today’s showings, the strongest buyer matches, and the new leads no one has touched yet.
You stop asking “what should I do first?” and start the day already answering it.
Nothing here was typed in by the agent. Every item is RealtOS noticing something and putting it in front of the person who can act on it.
What lands on the list, and why
Today watches the signals that predict a lost deal and turns each one into a concrete, one-line action. The ones that matter most to agencies of every size:
The lead no one called back
A new inquiry with no contact logged inside your window. The single biggest source of lost commission in any agency, and the easiest to fix.
The showing with no feedback
A completed viewing where the outcome was never recorded, so the seller is in the dark and the buyer’s interest is unknown.
The listing about to lapse
An agreement inside its expiry window. Renew it, or hand the listing to the competitor who will.
The property that won’t move
Shown many times with no offer. A nudge to revisit the price or the positioning before the seller loses patience.
The buyer who just got a match
A new listing scored a strong fit against a registered buyer overnight. Propose it today, while it’s fresh.
The deal gone quiet
An active deal with no movement for too long. Stuck deals don’t un-stick themselves.
These are signals, not spam
Ranked by what moves a deal, per agent
A list of fifty things is just another inbox. Today ranks by urgency and keeps the list to what one person can realistically clear, so the most valuable action is always at the top.
Priorities are color-coded the way the app grades everything else: urgent, high, medium. An agent clears from the top down and knows that if they only do three things today, they did the right three.
- Scoped to the person: My items for an agent, Team for a team lead, Branch for a manager.
- Each item carries its reason (“no contact in 2 days”) so the agent knows why it’s there.
- One click opens the record, marks it done, or snoozes it, and the list re-ranks.
You set the thresholds
Every agency has a different idea of “too long.” A busy city team might call a lead cold after a day; a rural agency selling second homes might give it a week. RealtOS doesn’t force one definition on you.
The rules behind Today are settings, not hard-coded behavior. You decide after how many days an uncontacted lead becomes urgent, how far ahead to warn on an expiring agreement, and how long a deal can sit still before it’s flagged. Tune them once and Today reflects how your agency works.
Sensible out of the box
Why this beats a generic CRM dashboard
Every CRM has a dashboard. The difference is what it shows. A generic dashboard reports what already happened: charts, counts, totals. Useful for a manager once a week, useless to an agent at 8am who needs to know what to do.
| RealtOS Today | Generic CRM dashboard | |
|---|---|---|
| Answers | “What should I do now?” | “What happened last month?” |
| Needs manual data entry first | ||
| Knows a listing is about to lapse | ||
| Ranked, per agent, every morning | ||
| Surfaces uncontacted leads automatically |
A dashboard is a rear-view mirror. Today is the road ahead, which is the thing an agent actually needs while they’re driving.
What it changes, day to day
When the CRM does the remembering, three things change fast, and they show up whether you’re a solo agent or a forty-person firm.
First
Leads get called back while they’re still warm, not after the competitor
Nothing
No listing lapses because a date slipped past unnoticed
Every day
Sellers hear back after showings, so they stay your client
- No more “I meant to call them back” on Monday.
- No more finding out a mandate expired when the seller signs with someone else.
- No more agents inventing their own system because the CRM was dead weight.
Today is the feature agents open the app for. That is the whole point: a CRM only helps if people use it, and people use the one that hands them their day.
